Returns & Refunds Policy
At Athenix Nutrition, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, our return process is simple and compliant with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
1. Right to Cancel & Return
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
The product is in a resalable condition
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photographic evidence to process your claim
If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label
You may choose a refund or a replacement

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error or faulty product
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns
