1. Orders & Delivery

Orders placed before 4 PM (UK time) Monday to Friday are shipped the same day for next working day delivery.
We also occasionally process and ship orders over the weekend whenever possible, but weekend shipments cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days within the UK, and you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

We ship all UK orders with next working day delivery as standard.
However, occasional delays with couriers like Royal Mail, DPD, or Yodel may happen and are outside of our control.


Most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days. For EU and international orders, delivery may take 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Our goal is always to choose the fastest and most reliable option to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email. You can use it to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll sort it immediately with a replacement or refund.

Yes, we ship to selected international destinations, including Europe and Switzerland, directly via our website.

 

If your country is not available at checkout, your order can still be processed manually. Please email us at orders@athenixnutrition.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.

 

For international orders, prices will be shown in the basket excluding UK VAT.
Local import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees may be charged by the carrier upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately at support@athenixnutrition.com with your order number. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will manually cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already been dispatched, you can still return it following our return policy.

2. Products & Usage

Each product comes with clear usage instructions on the label and on the product page. Always follow the recommended serving guidelines. If you’re combining multiple Athenix products, space them according to your workout and nutrition plan for optimal results.

Currently all of our products are vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO. Please check each product page or label for specific certifications. We are committed to offering clean, science-backed formulas for all athletes.

Yes, Athenix products are designed to work together. For example, you can combine Creatine with BCAAs, or use Pre-Workout with Intra-Workout supplements. Always follow the recommended serving sizes and listen to your body’s needs.

Yes. Our creatine is 100% pure Creapure® — the highest quality and most widely tested form of creatine monohydrate, made in Germany. Every batch is certified for purity and quality.

3. Returns & Refunds

You can return any unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Simply email us at support@athenixnutrition.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions.

Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless there is a quality issue. If you believe you received a defective item, please contact us immediately.
